What FCC Rules Have Been Violated?

Dear Source:
Senator Russell, your so-called "response' to Ms. Corbeil is both insulting and lacking any substance at all. You failed to recognize that Ms. Corbeil has the RIGHT to say as she pleases in a democratic and FREE society. The very fact that you did respond in such a callous manner (the FCC letter) is that you fail to see that free speech (NOT THE RADIO PROGRAM) is a right that you, or any of your other cohorts, cannot take away from citizens no matter what you attempt to profess. Ms. Corbeil is right in every aspect of her article. You and others have attempted to stop the free expression of opinion by using the government of the Virgin Islands as your backdrop and co-defendant in this gross violation of personal freedoms. Do you truly believe that you really represent the collective will of all the people of the Virgin Islands? How cowardly can you be? You used the people's money and the stationary of a government agency to launch a campaign against the citizens right to free speech.
In your so-called "response", you failed to shed any light on the FCC violations. What are they? Why are YOU an expert and why do you think that the opinions expressed on a talk show by ordinary citizens violates any FCC rules? Have you lost your mind?? Mr. Morgan is merely a talk show host who allows citizens to express themselves. Is that a violation too? Why is your show different from the show that Mr. Morgan puts on? Do you think you have an exclusive on expression of opinion? Are only YOUR ideas the ones that count? I challenge you to give the people a list of violations that you allege Mr. Morgan has committed. I would ask that you be forthright in making such insane allegations and allow the people to be the judge. Are you afraid that maybe the poll of public opinion will affect your running for office again? Are you afraid that maybe, just maybe you are wrong?
Try this, why don't you have the courage to have a fair and accessible public opinion poll, state the reasons Mr. Morgan is such a violator of FCC rules, let the people of the Virgin Islands decide, and if you find that you are completely wrong, drop the ridiculous charges against Mr Morgan. Do you have the courage to do that? After all, you did it as a public representative and used public money to start your allegations, why not attempt to bring closure to this issue once and for all. Of course, if you hide behind unspoken and most likely erroneous accusations, you probably won't. Like all men who lack courage, you don't want to bring the real issues out for all to see.
For me, you represent the worst kind of politician. Your guise of being a "champion" of the people is really nothing more that a way to get re-elected. Hiding behind your elected seat is nothing short of corrupt government at its worst. If you had any real courage, you would have brought charges against Mr. Morgan as a private citizen, on your own stationary and allow the whole world to view your opinions. THAT'S free speech! But then, you wouldn't know about that.
