Accident Victims Identified

Aug. 14, 2007 – Maho Bay Camps manager Adrian Davis Tuesday identified Katherine McManus of Maryland as the woman who died Monday in a one-car accident near Estate Zootenvaal on St. John. (See "Woman Killed in Car Accident Near Estate Zootenvaal.")
He said the other two people in the car were Carissa Frisbie of Alaska and Marjorie Berry of Massachusetts. All had worked at the Maho campground for the summer and were in their early 20s.
"It's a very unfortunate accident and we'd like to send our condolences and prayers to all three families," he said.
He said Frisbie had been released from the hospital. He expected Berry to be released shortly.
McManus was a passenger in a soft-topped Jeep that flipped over after sliding back downhill.
