Health to Meet with Community on Dengue Fever Initiative

July 26, 2007 – The Department of Health will hold a meeting on Sunday to discuss the Dengue Free Zone Initiative, in William's Delight, St. Croix. Residents from both the William's Delight housing community and private homeownership association are encouraged to attend. The meeting will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, July 29, at the William's Delight Homeowners Association's Community Center, according to a press release from DOH.
Health Commissioner Designee Vivian I. Ebbesen-Fludd urges residents to attend the meeting to learn about steps that can be taken to decrease the risk of dengue fever transmission.
