Energy Office Will Close Tuesday for Staff Meeting

June 25, 2007 – The St. Thomas office of the Virgin Islands Energy Office located at the Cyril E. King Airport will be closed on Tuesday, June 26, for an all day planning session to discuss the fiscal year 2008 Territorial Energy Plan, according to a press release from the Department of Planning and Natural Resources.
The meeting's objective is to bring all staff together and discuss the status of all state energy program functions, activities and special projects in order to determine their applicability in an energy policy.
The department apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. The office will reopen at 8 a.m., on Wednesday, June 27.
