June 6, 2007 – Leslie V. Gumbs, also known as “Panther,” age 41, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, in Florida.
He is survived by his wife: Juanita Gumbs; children: Malik and Kaila Gumbs; parents: Everad and Ruby Gumbs; and brothers: Clyde, Max and Clifton Gumbs. Other survivors include uncles: Arlington Gumbs, and Gasto, Jose and Roy Richardson; aunts: Margery Gumbs, Beatrice Michael, Jeannette Livingston and Melanie Renee and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 8, at Christiansted Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at the Kingshill Cemetery.
