Another One Bites the Dust!

Dear Source:
Actually it was more like 5 or 6 victims or more this week alone. The SUV owner, the stolen car owner, the rape victim, the hit and run pedestrian, the family of a murdered child and the mother of the criminal. Terror reigns on our streets.
If I had not read it for myself, I would have thought it was a bad script for a "B" movie but unfortunately it is all too real. We have a judge sitting on our VI Superior Court bench that is either mentally ill or just enjoys thumbing his nose at "We the People". The arrogance of Judge Leon Kendall is totally "Out of Control". The man is a menace to our society. Not only am I appalled and shocked that this man continues to release hardened criminals back on our streets where they rape, kill, steal and terrorize our community, he actually smirks at the thought that the people are sick to death of him and would try to remove his less than honorable self. I have been told that Judge Kendall is to retire this year. This is not soon enough for me. I feel Judge Kendall has used up any usefulness and has become a detriment to the people of the Virgin Islands. He has cost the Virgin Island government way too much money for his mistakes in judgment. If he is an attorney, he needs to be disbarred, and if not, he needs to be publicly censured and removed from the bench in disgrace without receiving any retirement benefits at all. Enough is enough! If I were any of the people that have had their lives ruined by the Judge's stupidity of "Catch and Release", I would file a criminal and civil law suit against Judge Leon Kendall on a personal level and see how the judge feels when he has to pay for the mistakes that he has made. He may say he follows the letter of the law but "excuse me" but the letter of the law must be used with discernment and "Good Ole' Common Sense". Judge Leon Kendall has neither. Will someone, anyone in authority PLEASE stop this man before someone else is killed, raped or terrorized on our island? God helps us all!
