April 25, 2007 — The Government Employees' Retirement System has announced that annuity payments scheduled for April 30 have been distributed early due to the Carnival holidays.
According to a GERS release, direct deposit payments were credited Wednesday, and checks will be distributed via the U.S. Postal Service.
