Congratulations to the new Governor for being honest with all the people. Now maybe everyone can see how bad things really are. Now is the time to turn things around so the Virgin Islands can really become a Paradise that they have the ability to be. Now is the time for all the powers to be to consider implementing a "sales tax." With this very small change a lot of good can happen. A simple 5% sales Tax can make a huge difference in the way the Govt. runs.
