Alert: Motorists Asked to Avoid Skyline Drive

April 24, 2007 (5:22 p.m.) — The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is advising St. Thomas motorists that line crews are still working on Skyline Drive to relocate a pole that fell during the rain storm on Tuesday morning. To avoid traffic congestion and delays in completing the work, WAPA urges the motoring public to use alternate routes until repairs are complete.
