March 10, 2007 – The Virgin Islands Track and Field Federation (VITFF) announced today the George Willocks competed in a masters track and field meet at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo. He recorded strong performances in the 35-39 age group with a first place in the 60-meters in 7.46; he also took first in the 200m in 24:35, and he was first overall in the long jump with a 5.96 meter jump. His next competition is a masters meet on March 17, at the U.S. Training Center in Claremont, Fla. Willocks runs for the Hounds & Foxes Track Club on St. Croix.
