The Camera Problem Needs Fixing

In April of 2006, the camera was also out of service for at least three (3) weeks. My spouse and I both needed to renew our licenses, and were leaving for Europe, where we would need “valid” driver’s licenses to rent a car.
We ended up going to STT on the down town boat, to have our photos taken, and obtain new licenses.
This cost another $60 between us, and three hours of our time. In addition, our likenesses in the photos taken at STT – which now adorn our driver’s licenses – are very poor quality – in black and white, with streaks across them.
I hope that our new Administrator can find some means by which to cure this situation for St. John residents.
