Jan. 23, 2007 – Registration will continue through Feb. 9, at the Raphael Wheatley Skill Center. The center is located in Sugar Estate directly behind the Lockhart Elementary School and west of the Schneider Regional Medical Center.
Interested persons can register between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, for the following courses during this semester: Microcomputer Application, Aviation Mechanics, Keyboarding/Computer, Cosmetology and Carpentry. Classes will begin on Thursday, Feb. 1 and end on June 14, according to Enoch Rogers, program supervisor.
The registration fee is $100, payable by money order only. Additional lab fees may apply. For more information, call the Skill Center at 774-6277.
