There isn't any excuse for violence. But I know that my frustration level has reached its peak many times with my WAPA Bill. Maybe if our bills weren't so outrageous. Customers wouldn't get so upset. My useage is only 25% of my bill. WAPA bills are more than my car payment. When we go to WAPA we have to pay everything up front but when it comes time for WAPA to give a refund we have to wait weeks.
I wonder how WAPA would react if we told them they had to wait for our checks to go through the process.
