Special Education Parent Empowerment Workshops to Be Held

Jan. 29, 2007 – The Office of Special Education, Virgin Islands Family Information Network on Disabilities and V.I. Center for Excellence on Developmental Disabilities have joined together to present Parent Empowerment Workshops titled "Navigating the IEP." The meetings will be held on Thursday evening, Feb. 15, at Gertrude's Restaurant on St. Croix and at the Holiday Inn, on St. Thomas, according to a press release from the Department of Education.
