Historical Society to Have February Activity
The St. John Historical Society is sponsoring a trip to St. Thomas at 10:15 a.m., on Saturday, Feb. 10. Catch the 9:15 a.m. ferry in Cruz Bay to Charlotte Amalie or meet the group at 10:15 at the Caribbean Genealogical Library. Once again the Society will venture across Pillsbury Sound to St. Thomas where it will join Susan Lugo for a brief visit to the library before heading out to explore the Old Danish Cemetery in King's Quarter–the final resting place for many important individuals with interests on St. John. A casual stroll through the Historic District to the waterfront will round out the event.
