Women's Coalition Will Hold 'Chair-ity' Art Auction
The Women's Coalition of St. Croix will hold a 'Chair-ity Auction' at 6 p.m., on Saturday, Jan. 27, at Elizabeth's at the Palms. The event will host a live auction, silent auction, live entertainment by the Eddie Russell Latin Quelbe Jazz Band, Mocko Jumbies and complementary wine.
Roger W. Morgan will auction off thirty-two chairs designed by local artists including Judith King, Betsy Campen, Jan Mitchell and Gary Walker. Silent auction items include weekend trips, jewelry and other special items. Cost is $125. All proceeds go directly toward services for the victims of violence.
