Jan. 25, 2007 – The St. Thomas All Stars Steel Orchestra welcomes new members. Those interested in playing steel pan are invited to join the band. No experience is required. Practice is held at 8 p.m., every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday night, in the pan yard, located next to WAPA in Sub Base.
