FRC Will Hold Annual Latino Bilingual Conference

Jan. 19, 2007 – The Family Resource Center will hold its Annual Bilingual (Spanish) Conference at 6:30 p.m., on Saturday, Jan. 27, at Palms Court Harbor View. The theme for 2007 is “Keeping Families Together.” The primary goal of this year's conference is to address areas of concern in the Hispanic community. They will bring together dynamic, Latino speakers to discuss topics such as: domestic violence/sexual assault, parenting and healthy families, juvenile delinquency, and immigration and immigration laws. The conference includes a Caribbean buffet dinner and is free of charge. It is supported by a grant from LEPC.
