From Page to Stage to Present 'Bright Ideas' Oct. 11-13
From Page to Stage Inc. will present a contemporary version of Shakespeare's tragedy "Macbeth" written by Eric Coble and directed by Jeanne Johnston. "Bright Ideas," however, is a comedy, with the Macbeth role played by the wife and the Lady Macbeth role played by the husband. Performances are at 7 p.m., on Thursday, Oct. 11; and at 8 p.m., on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 12 and 13, at Good Hope School's James C. Savage Theater.
Tickets are $15 for adults, $8 for students, and $12 for students with a valid college I.D. Season passes may be purchased in advance at a discount, and a limited number of "Give a Kid a Habit" $1 tickets are available to children through schools, churches, etc. All shows are appropriate for children as young as 7th grade.
