V.I. Superior Court Announces Holiday Schedule

Dec. 22, 2006 The Superior Court of the Virgin Islands will adhere to the following schedule during the holiday season:
Dec. 25 Closed in both districts.
Dec. 26 Closed in both districts.
Jan. 1 Closed in both districts.
Jan. 2 Closed in the District of St. Croix. Advice of Rights and all previously calendared matters will be heard as scheduled.
Jan. 3 Closed from noon to 5 p.m. on the District of St. Croix. All previously calendared matters will be heard as scheduled.
Jan. 4 Closed in the District of St. Croix. Advice of Rights and all previously calendared matters will be heard as scheduled.
Jan. 5 Closed in both districts.
In the District of St. Croix on Jan. 2, 3, 4, and 5, during closure, filings will be accepted via a secured lockbox at the entrance on the first floor of the R. H. Amphlett Leader Justice Complex. Likewise, on Jan. 5, in the District of St. Thomas/St. John, filings will be accepted via a secured lockbox at the entrance of the court's premises at the Alexander A. Farrelly Justice Center, according to a press release from the Superior Court of the V.I.
