Dec. 18, 2006 – Sigma theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. seeks vendors of locally made arts and crafts for the upcoming 11th Kwanzaa Celebration to be held on at 6 p.m., on Tuesday, Dec. 26, at the Frank A.
