Dec. 15, 2006 — Although the overwhelming demand for veterans' license plates means no more plates are currently available, Office of Veterans Affairs Director Justin Harrigan Sr., in a press release Friday, noted that more plates are due to arrive shortly on St. Croix and St. Thomas (See "Veterans Storm Offices for New License Plates").
