Festival Will Feature Children's Parade and Latin Night
"Celebrating Our Heritage With a Cultural Blend for Festival 2006-2007" is the theme for the 54th year of Crucian Festivals. The annual Children's Parade will begin at 10 a.m., on Friday, Jan. 5. It will move from the Claude O. Markoe School to the Festival Village.
Also, Latin Night in the Frederiksted Village will start at 8 p.m.
