July 8, 2006 – Cecilia Brumant died at the Roy L. Schneider Hospital on June 30. She was 60 years old.
She is survived by husband, Edmund Brumant Sr.; son, Edmund Brumant Jr.; and adopted sons: Alex Bruney and Francois Thomas. She is also survived by sister, Agatha Elwin; brothers: Anthony John Lewis, Wilfred Riviere and Renix Charles; grandchildren: Edmund Brumant III, Jaazaniah, Ateyanna, Sheniqua, Shanae, Brianna, Aaliyah, Janiah and Chade Brumant; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., on Monday, July 17, at Holy Family Church followed at 10 a.m. by a funeral service at the church. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 1.
