June 17, 2006 – The 20th Annual Olympic Day Run will be held at 5 p.m., on Saturday June 24, at the University of the Virgin Islands St. Croix Campus. The event celebrates the Olympic movement and is a two-mile run/walk for participants of all ages and levels of fitness. There is no entry fee and awards will be made to the top finishers male and female. A special T-shirt will be given to the first 75 entries and Olympic pins and special Olympic certificates to all participants.
