Father's Day Weekend Celebration June 16 – 18
The Committee for the Betterment of Carenage 2006 will hold their annual Father's Day Weekend Celebration on Friday, June 16 through Sunday, June 18, at Joseph Aubain Ball Park, in Frenchtown. Miss Carenage 2006, Amanda Greaux, will be crowned on Friday night, and the Moby Dick committee will also be honored.
There will be a carnival village with booth owners serving local cuisine and local drinks. There will be three days of entertainment, including: Nuff Pressure, St. John's Ah We Band, Milo's Kings, Cool Session Brass, the All Stars Steel Band, the Get Together Scratch Band and Sea Breeze Band.
