May 13, 2006 – The Performance Assessment Network Inc. (PAN), a provider of internet-based testing, assessment and survey delivery services, recently designated the University of the Virgin Islands' Community Engagement and Lifelong Learning (UVICELL) Center as the official test site for the Virgin Islands.
PAN distributes over 400 tools for human resource assessment needs, including those developed specifically for pre-employment screening and employee assessment. The PAN Testing Program will be used to facilitate the delivery of testing services for organizations such as the Transportation Safety Administration and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
"We're excited to add PAN's Testing Program to the growing line of services available to the community," said UVICELL Director Ilene Garner. "We believe these services complement our existing training solutions and this partnership further demonstrates our ongoing commitment to improving the level of services provided to the Virgin Islands community."
UVICELL also serves as a testing center for a number of certification exams to include the Certified Legal Assistant, Certified Administrative Professional, International Computer Driving License and the Home Care Aide Certification Program.
