It makes my heart feel good to know that finally the beautiful Virgin Islands have Dr. Beverly Banks Randall as chief of neonatology at Schneider Regional Medical Center.
The article about ''Miracle Baby" is truly a blessing. On July 3rd 1993, my beautiful daughter, Precious Miracle Matthew, was born on the Island of St. Croix. Her birth weight was 1 lb 10oz and she fit in the palm of the doctor's hand. The same day she was born they had to airlift her to Jackson Memorial Hospital; otherwise, she would not have survived. With the quick thinking of the Staff at Juan Luis Hospital the air ambulance came and got her. Unfortunately, we had to leave our beautiful Islands.
I wanted you to know that my Pprecious is going to be 13 years old. She has been an honor roll student the entire middle school year. She is very healthy and she is as precious as her name. Well done.
