Another Cingular Customer Is Not Pleased

Dear Source:

I must echo Larry Boecker's and David LaPlace's reports of inability to contact our family who are also Cingular users but on St. Croix. For weeks before visiting we also received the "all circuits busy" message. It did crimp our ability to plan for the visit. I would note that, for the most part, while we were on the island, we were able to connect without problems. Why would that be? Is anything being done to correct the situation?
