Dominica Prime Minister to Lecture at UVI
Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica Roosevelt Skerrit will serve as the keynote speaker at a Youth Leadership Forum on Saturday, March 4, which will be held from 9 a.m. until noon, at the Evans Center Theatre.
