Kirwan Elementary Invites Public to Black History Events in February
On Thursday, Feb. 23, at 2 p.m. Kirwan Elementary School will have a guest speaker, Detective Donastorg of the V.I. Police Department's Deliquency Program.
On Tuesday, Feb. 28, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:40 p.m., Kirwan Elementary will have African dress-up day, and a modeling and reading contest.
