February Entertainment at Divi Carina Bay Casino

Entertainment in February at Divi Carina Bay Casino includes local and stateside bands, a slot tournament and more.
The World Series of Poker Satellite Tournament will hit Divi Carina Bay Casino this month. The first place winner will receive entry into the World Series of Poker Tournament Championship event in Las Vegas, Nev., including airfare and hotel. The first place winner could also win up to $1,980 in cash. Second through tenth place winners also receive cash prizes. At either 1 p.m. or 4 p.m. Feb. 25, 100 players will play, and 20 winners from Feb. 25 will play on Feb 26.
Other February promotions include a Wacky Wednesday Invitational Slot Tournament. The tourment, which includes cash prizes and no entry fee, is scheduled for Feb. 15.
The Splash of Cash Blackjack Tournament starts at 7 p.m. Feb. 20. There is a $15 buy-in per round, and plays will receive $500 in chips per round. There will be three 15-hand qualifying rounds, and participants could win up to $150.
The Beachcomber's Gold Club Monthly Birthday Celebration is at 7 p.m. Feb. 22.
The following is the entertainment schedule for February:
BBI (from Chicago) plays from 9 p.m. – 1 a.m. every Wednesday through Saturday, and from 8 p.m. to midnight every Sunday.
Liquid Sounds will play from 1 a.m. – 4 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11.
New Gravity Band will play from 1 a.m. – 4 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18.
R&B Connection will play from 1 a.m. – 4 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25.
XPress Band will play from 1 a.m. – 4 a.m. every Friday.
