SVAC Has Its Annual Meeting and Art Show

Jan. 25, 2006 – The School of Visual Arts and Careers announces its Annual Meeting and Art Show on Sunday, Jan. 29, at the Virgin Islands Council of the Arts (VICA) exhibit room, downtown Charlotte Amalie.
The annual meeting is an opportunity for the students to exhibit and discuss their work with the public. The meeting and show opens Sunday Jan. 29, with a reception from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., hosted by the students' families. The exhibit will continue through Feb. 28.
The art show will feature the latest student works available for sale and proceeds will benefit the individual students. Anyone interested in becoming involved with the organization is encouraged to attend, and previous collectors of SVAC work are also welcomed to gather and support the students' efforts.
