Central Labor Council Holds March and Rally

Central Labor Council Holds March and Rally
The Central Labor Council Civil Rights Committee will be holding its 12th Annual March and Rally on Monday, Jan. 16, at 10 a.m. The march will start from the Plaza Extra in the United Shopping Plaza and proceed to Islands Center where the rally will be held.
The keynote speaker is UVI professor Claytus Emmanuel. This year's theme is Remembering the Past, Celebrating the Present, Looking Forward to the Future!
Participants are asked to be at the plaza no later than 9 a.m. with banners or signs identifying their group or organization. All students are to wear their school colors.
