Hopeful That MVB Will Improve

The sad state of affairs of the past can only be improved on at MVB. Twelve years ago it was the most corrupt and disorganized mess I have ever seen in my many years of traveling the world. Now there is a chance to build a model for the future. Maybe when I move home I won't need to pay a "connected" person to get my car registered in less than 8 hours lost from work and in many cases 16 to 24 hours lost. For once the governing types might have got it right.
