Music Mustn't Fade Into Silence

I am pleased with the news of the return of the music fieldwork to the area. Being a brown girl myself, having sung and danced to this specific song/game with peers as a child, and with much younger brown girls and boys (my students over the years), I encourage us all to make certain that this and other similar songs will not fade into silence. We must continue to pass it on to future generations. I hope the Lockhart School Cultural Dancers "showed their motion" as well as the Kittitian children do!! LOL.
