The VI Waste Management Authority will hold a meeting Tuesday night to discuss house-to-house garbage collection in Smith Bay and the closing of the trash collection site on Smith Bay Road. The meeting to discuss the new procedures will be held at the Apostolic Faith Mission Church in Smith Bay.
