HIV and Patient Care Discussion

Oct. 25, 2005 – The theme of "HIV and Patient Care" will be the topic at the 14th annual Bio-Medical Ethics Workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, in the Sun Room at the Roy L. Schneider Hospital.
Speakers at the seminar include Dr. Margaret Sprauve, chief of OB/GYN at Schneider Regional Medical Center, Dr. Gayan Hall, medical director of the STD/HIV/TB Program at the USVI Department of Health, and Yvonne Turay, nurse practitioner with the Department of Health, according to a press release from Schneider Hospital.
The free event is open to the public and is sponsored by the Schneider Regional Medical Center, the Bio-Medical Ethics/Pastoral Care Committee.
