Sept. 30, 2005 -The October entertainment and activities at Divi Carina Bay Casino include:
"Spin and Win" Giveaway – Oct. 25, 2005. Start earning entry tickets on Oct. 3 for the Oct. 25 drawing. Winners receive three spins on the money wheel and can win a share of up to $27,000 in cash. Drawings will be from 8 to 11 p.m. Oct. 25. Earn double entries on Tuesdays in October.
Halloween Party – Oct. 30 and Oct. 31, 2005. "Trick or Treat" at the Beachcombers Gold Club for candy and prizes. Beachcomber Gold members are invited to vote for their favorite costumed employee, and may dress up in their own favorite costumes. (Costume restrictions: No facial obstructions, masks or heavy make-up, no nudity and no weapons of any kind – real or fake.)
Beachcomber's Gold Club Month Birthday Celebration – Oct. 26, 2005. All Beachcomber Gold Club members with birthdays in October are invited for cake and champagne at 7 p.m. Register for a raffle. Beachcomber Gold members earn double points on their own birthday.
Bingo Bonanza – Beachcomber's Gold Club members are invited to pick up a free bingo card at the club booth every Tuesday and Thursday after 6 p.m., and every Sunday before 3 p.m. One bingo game will be played at 8 p.m. (Sundays at 3 p.m.) A verified cover-all bingo in that day's bonus number or less wins $500; a verified cover-all bingo after that day's bonus number receives $100. The bonus number will increase by one weekly until the $500 is won, then the number returns to 48. Multiple winners will split the cash prize.
Divi Dog days – Wednesdays. Hot dogs at the Carine Cafe are $1 from noon to close.
Easy Money Monday Slot Tournament – This ongoing tournament has no entry fee and is every Monday from 5:15 – 8 p.m. Every round winner receives $25. The final round first prize is $100, and the final round second prize is $50.
