Baha'i Community Activities for October

Fun and Games Night
Everyone is welcome to the next Fun and Games Night, sponsored by the Baha'i Community of St. Thomas, to be held at the Bahá'í National Center, 129 Estate Contant, on Saturday, Oct. 22, from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to Fun Night, which is an opportunity for children, youth and adults to get together and have fun playing games with each other. Snacks and soft drinks will be served. For additional information call 776-7024.

Devotional Gatherings
Devotional gatherings to say prayers and read from the Writings of many Faiths are held regularly on St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix. All are warmly invited to attend and participate.
On St. Thomas, devotional gatherings are held at 6 p.m. every Sunday at the Bahá'í National Center, 129 Estate Contant (774-1678). Devotions and a Pot Luck Brunch will take place at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 2, 9 and 16 at Magens Bay Beach, and a devotional gathering will also be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, at the Zen Retreat Center in Tillett Gardens. On St. John, devotional gatherings will be held every Friday in Oct. at 7:30 p.m. Please call 776-6254 or 776-6316 for information and directions.
On St. Croix, devotional gatherings are held every Sunday at 9:30 a.m., at the home of Douglas Covey. For additional information, please call 773-2376.

Children's Class
Children's class, which focuses on assisting children to develop spiritual qualities and virtues, is held every Sunday from 10 a.m. until noon at Mafalie's Day Care on St. Thomas. All children ages 6 and older are welcome to attend. For additional information, and to register your child, call Murielle Braure at 690-0093 or Julie Armbruster at 998-6132.
