Sept. 19, 2005 – Lillian Kathleen Flaharty of Estate Wintberg died at age 66. She died in Puerto Rico on Sept. 14.
She is survived by her husband, Leonard James Flaharty; four sons: Leonard, Leonid, Leonix and Lynvill Flaharty; and three daughters: Avena Flaharty, Asenath German, and Averne Flaherty-Escobar. She is also survived by her siblings: Iona Jackson, Melsadia Flemming, Harvel Samuels, Merlyn Petty, Charles Hodge Jr. and Chloricia Nibbs. Other survivors include ten grandchildren, a great grandson, and many other family members and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing on Wednesday, Sept. 21, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel. On Thursday, Sept. 22, there will be a viewing from 9-10 a.m. at the Shiloh Seventh Day Adventist Church. The funeral service will follow at 10 a.m. at the church followed by interment at Western Cemetery No. 3.
