Coalition to Reform GERS Will Host Free Workshops
The Coalition to Reform GERS will be hosting a free informational workshop for members of various civic and community organizations and the general public. The first workshop will be held on Saturday, Sept. 3, from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Hibiscus Room at the Best Western Emerald Beach Resort.
The presentation will provide a brief look at what details are in the proposed legislation to reform and modernize GERS. Following the presentation, there will be a question and answer period.
