Reader Questions the Phone Company's Priorities

Perhaps when Mr Prosser completes construction on his multi-million dollar beach front home he will be able to put some money into his phone company, until then we all suffer.
I wonder why some of our attorneys haven't started a class action suit or why the PSC hasn't stepped in to take action.
I have had poor to no service for years–every time it rains the phones go out.
What other options do we have ??
