With Wet Weather Mosquitoes Are on the Fly

Dear Source,
The last time we had a bout of rainy weather similar to that which we're currently experiencing, we were told that the Health Department would be spraying for mosquitoes first on St. Croix and then on St. Thomas and St John.
Maybe I missed out, but I don't think St. Thomas was sprayed at all – at least not the East End. Now that we're once again being warned of a heavy mosquito invasion, are we going to be sprayed? The miserable bloodsucking critters are already swarming and have been for weeks! HELP!
Sincerely,
Anna Clarke
St. Thomas
