Dear Source
I am an American who has made multiple vacation trips to the USVI. I think it's the best vacation spot on the planet. However, I am also an animal rights advocate in real life, and after having read about what is being done to horses on the islands, I can promise that I will never again make a trip there and spend my tourist dollars. I'm horrified that the governor vetoed a bill to put a stop to this horrific abuse. I intend to pass the word to my pro-Caribbean friends.
