Sékou Keynote Speaker at League Annual Meeting

April 4, 2005 — Dr. Malik Sékou, associate professor and Social Science division chairman at the University of the Virgin Islands will be the keynote speaker at the annual meeting of the League of Women Voters of the Virgin Islands.
Sékou will speak about prospects for a Virgin Islands Constitution.
Registration for the 36th annual meeting of the League will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 16 at Pilgrim Terrace. Included in the day-long event will be a continental breakfast and a buffet luncheon to be served at 12:30 p.m.
Registration is $30 and includes the continental breakfast, lunch and all meeting materials. Annual membership for the League is $50 per person or $80 for two people residing at the address.
