Elmo Plaskett Little League East Back to Play After Easter Break

March 31, 2005 — After the Easter break there are seven games scheduled this weekend in the Elmo Plaskett Little League East at the Canegata Ballpark east of Christiansted. Friday, the Yankees (3-0) will try to stay unbeaten as they face the Reds (0-2) for the second time this season in the 9-10 division game starting at 5:30 pm. Then, at 7:30 pm, in the 11-12 division, the Indians (2-0) go against the Suns (1-0).
In the first of three games scheduled Saturday, the Reds play their second game of the weekend when they face the Suns in the 9-10 divison game at 1 p.m.. In the second game at 3 p.m. the Yankees (0-3) will be looking for their first win in the 11-12 division game against the Indians (2-0). In the nightcap at 5 p.m. it's Toon Squad II (0-1) versus Toon Squad I (2-0).
Sunday it's an all Pee Wee affair. In the 7-8 division at 2 p.m. the Mets, coming off a tie, take on the Suns (0-1). At 4 p.m., Toon Squad I on the field for the second time of weekend meets the Suns (0-1) in the 5-6 division.
