March 18, 2005 – The Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands is accepting applications for scholarships to help Virgin Islands students pay tuition costs for the 2005-2006 school year. CFVI offers scholarships each year as part of its mission to enhance the lives of children and families in the territory.
"Last year CFVI awarded scholarships to 37 Virgin Islands students for a total value of more than $68,000," Dee Baecher-Brown, president of the Community Foundation, said in a release.
