Why is the Government Subsidizing Vitelco?

Dear Source,
Innovative, Vitelco, ICC, Emerging Communications, however Jeffrey Prosser and his pawns wish to be referred to today have certainly managed to get a sweat deal with the EDC, the PSC, and the Governor, just like American Eagle did with the Lt. Governor. It is amazing that Mr. Prosser, and apparently his pawns in the EDC and the PSC have
decided for us Virgin Islanders, that competition is not good for us. The only part of this great nation known as the United States, where capitalism is the driving force behind our economy, they have decided (for us) that we do not have the right to lower prices and better service. This is coming from the same crew who went to St. Martin and Belize, and convinced them that competition is good for them because it will provide them with lower rates and better service. Who are they competing with???? They have a monopoly in the Virgin Islands, something by the way that deregulation by the U.S. Congress aimed to eliminate, and the Prosser Pawns in the EDC and the PSC (two entities that are supposed to look out for us and protect us from these big companies), have decided for us that competition is not good for us. Just like American Eagle and the Lt. Governor, the secret deal between Prosser and the Governor will have us subsidizing another big company who's principal stake holder spends more time residing in West Palm Beach than he does in the Virgin Islands, another violation of the EDC Program.
