The V.I. Resource Conservation & Development Council, Inc. will hold their bimonthly board meeting from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, at the U.S. Agriculture Department's service center conference room on St. Croix and the UVI-CES Conference Room on St. Thomas.
